Dress to Impress

Updated: Sep 26, 2018

"Dress for the job you want, not the job you have!"

Coming Monday 24th September 2018

Despite a few showers, we had some amazing weather this summer – all the way from May into August.

While you can’t normally be forced to remain at work if the temperature falls below 16⁰ C for sedentary (deskbound) workers, there is no upper limit. So how was it for you?

Now we are experiencing typical autumn weather and the chill has started to set in before the heating has been turned on at work. Particularly if you travel to work on an underground system, it can be difficult to get the balance right.

So how have you been coping with these weather changes so far this year?

Do you have to wear a uniform or dress code?

What does your employer normally do to assist staff during extreme weather conditions?

We want to hear about your experiences because we are Serious About Solutions.
