
We generally spend more of our waking hours at work than we do at home. Of course, this is greatly increased for those who work from home as it becomes extremely difficult to enforce 9 – 5 hours or equivalent working patterns.

Many organisations expect employees to socialise with each other outside of work hours, while the ‘silence’ of others is seen as discouragement. Perhaps you’d like to spend more leisure time with the people you work with. What do you think about mixing business with pleasure?
