Cancellation Policy

For courses delivered in partnership with K Amo via Capital City College Learners must take note of the following enrolment requirements: 1. Early Enrolment Encouraged Learners are kindly asked to complete the enrolment form as early as possible. This helps us prepare effectively for each session and ensures you receive all necessary information in good time. Please note: ID may be requested as part of the enrolment process. 2. One Course Per Learner To ensure fair access and manageable group sizes, learners are asked to enrol on only one course at a time. Multiple bookings for the same learner may be cancelled. 3. Level Two Course Entry Criteria Level Two courses require a higher degree of readiness. To join a Level Two course, learners must either: Have already completed a Level One course with this provider, or Successfully complete the readiness task sheet provided at the time of enquiry. If you are unfamiliar with or unable to complete the tasks in the readiness sheet confidently, you should first enrol in a Level One course. This is to prevent difficulties during the programme and ensure a positive learning experience for all. 4. Confirmation of Place Once your enrolment has been submitted and accepted, your place is guaranteed. You will receive full joining instructions closer to the course start date
