Service Description

This relaxed monthly session offers a gentle space to reflect, listen, and (if you choose) speak. It’s not a one-to-one advice clinic, but a small, supportive group session where shared experiences and insights can often help clarify the next steps. You’ll join a small group (maximum 6 participants), and we’ll begin with brief introductions. Cameras can be switched off after that if you prefer. You’re welcome to speak — or simply listen in. There’s no pressure. You might find this session helpful if you: Feel uneasy about something at work but don’t know how to name it Are wondering whether to raise a concern or let it go Just want to hear from others and gather your thoughts Session format: 🔒 Not recorded — what’s shared stays in the room 💬 Group-based reflection (not legal advice or casework) 🧠 Led by Serious About Solutions — specialists in workplace learning and employment support Spaces are limited and booking is essential. 💜 Please share this opportunity with anyone who might be struggling quietly.

Cancellation Policy

Serious About Solutions – Booking Policy 1. Booking Terms All bookings must be made in advance via the official SAS platform. Once booked, you will receive confirmation and joining instructions by email. By booking a session, you are agreeing to the terms set out below. 2. Payment Workshops and Webinars require full payment at the time of booking. 1:1 Consultations and Strategic Services may be subject to separate payment terms, provided at point of engagement. Payments are non-transferable unless agreed in writing. 3. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations are accepted up to 09:30 hrs on the day of the event. If you cancel before 09:30 hrs, you will be offered: A full refund or A transfer to an alternative date (subject to availability). Cancellations made after 09:30 hrs will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. No-shows without communication will be treated as last-minute cancellations. 4. Rescheduling You may reschedule up to 09:30 hrs on the day of your booked event. Rescheduling after that time will require a new booking and full payment. 5. Non-Attendance If you miss a session and have not notified us by 09:30 hrs, no refund or transfer will be offered. In some cases, post-event materials may still be provided at SAS's discretion. 6. Materials Access Registered attendees will receive any applicable materials during or after the event. Bespoke notes or resources are issued only to attendees and may be time-limited. 7. Client Conduct Participants must engage respectfully and professionally in all SAS sessions. Any form of abuse or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the session and exclusion from future events. 8. Monthly Support Plan (MSP) Where MSP discounts or terms apply, these are valid only if the MSP is active and has been running for six months or more. Workshops accessed through MSP cannot be refunded or transferred unless stated in the MSP Terms. 9. Data and Privacy Bookings are managed in line with the SAS [Privacy Notice] and GDPR-compliant systems. Your data will be stored securely and only used for the purpose of service delivery and essential communication.
